Ray's Residential is a locally owned and operated cleaning company in northern New Jersey that maintains a long-standing relationship with our clients. We are not a chain or a franchise, so you can expect greater standards, with a higher sense of accountability. We understand that the success of our company depends upon the loyalty of our clients so we are eager to provide you with the best cleaning services available.
Ray’s Residential Cleaning was founded by Chuck Masino under the name of Masino Maintenance. Since June of 1979, Masino Maintenance has been providing great service. To them, “quality is a fact, not a promise!” Ray Barrios joined the crew on October 4, 2000.
By October 5, 2005 Ray Barrios bought out the residential part of this successful business to focus and provide better service to residential customers. Ray‘s Residential Cleaning began its journey to provide outstanding service all throughout the Morris County Area.
